Contacting Maple Support

Last updated: April 10, 2026

Maple's support team is here to help with any questions about your AI phone ordering system, account setup, menu configuration, payments, or general troubleshooting. You can reach us through several channels — all of which automatically create a tracked support ticket so nothing falls through the cracks.

How to Reach Us

In-App Chat: Click the chat widget inside the Maple platform to start a conversation with our team directly from your dashboard.

Phone: Call us directly at +1 929 543 0229. You'll be connected to a member of our CX team who can walk through any issue in real time.

SMS / Text: Text us at +1 929 543 0229 — same number as phone. Send a text, and we'll respond in the conversation thread.

Email: Send us a message at support@maple.inc. Best for non-urgent questions, detailed issues, or anything where screenshots or attachments are helpful.

Tip: If you reach out through one channel but prefer follow-up through another (for example, you email us but would rather get a callback), just let us know. Our team can switch channels seamlessly using the contact information on file.

What Happens When You Contact Us

  1. Your message or call creates a support ticket in our system.

  2. Your request is reviewed and categorized by type (e.g., billing, menu, technical issue).

  3. A CX rep is assigned and follows up with you — either through the channel you used or through another method if you prefer.

  4. If your issue involves a technical bug, we escalate directly to our engineering team for a fix.

Coverage Hours

  • Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time — guaranteed coverage during these hours.
