Accessing the Maple Portal (app.maple.inc)

Last updated: March 23, 2026

The Maple portal is your central hub for managing your restaurant's AI voice agent, menus, integrations, and account settings. It's a web-based application — no downloads or installations required. This guide walks you through how to access and log in to the portal for the first time and on return visits.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have the following:

  • A web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.) on a computer or mobile device

  • The email address you used to sign up for your Maple account

  • Access to your email inbox to retrieve verification codes during login

Tip: A computer or laptop is recommended for the best experience, especially during initial onboarding setup. While the portal is accessible on mobile browsers, some features work best on a larger screen.

Step-by-Step: Accessing and Logging In

Step 1: Open Your Web Browser

Open any modern web browser on your computer or mobile device. Maple is entirely web-based, so there is no app to download from an app store.

Step 2: Navigate to the Maple Portal URL

In your browser's address bar (not the search bar), type the following URL and press Enter:

app.maple.inc

Important: The correct URL is app.maple.inc — not maple.com, app.maple.com, or any other variation. Maple uses the .inc domain.

Step 3: Choose Your Login Method

Once the login page loads, you have two options to sign in:

  • Email login (passwordless): Enter the email address you used when you signed up for Maple. The system will send a six-digit verification code to that email address. Check your inbox (and your spam/junk folder if needed), then enter the code on the login page to complete authentication.

  • Continue with Google: If your Maple account is associated with a Google email address, you can click the "Continue with Google" button to sign in instantly using your Google credentials. This is often the fastest option and doesn't require entering a separate code.

Note: Maple uses passwordless authentication for email-based login. You do not need to remember a permanent password — a new verification code is sent each time you log in.

Step 4: Enter Your Verification Code (If Using Email Login)

  1. Check your email inbox for a message from Maple containing a six-digit code.

  2. If the code doesn't arrive within 1–2 minutes, click the Resend button on the login page.

  3. If you still don't see it, check your spam or junk mail folder.

  4. Enter the code in the field provided and submit.

Step 5: Access Your Dashboard

Once authenticated, you'll be taken to your Maple dashboard. From here you can:

  • Complete your onboarding setup (look for the blue rocket icon on the left sidebar)

  • Manage your menu, FAQs, and integrations

  • Configure your AI voice agent

  • Access account settings via the icons in the top-right corner of the interface

Tips for Future Access

  • Bookmark the page: Save app.maple.inc as a bookmark in your browser so you can return to it quickly.

  • Use the same email: Always log in with the same email address you used during your initial Maple sign-up. If you need to switch to a different email, contact your onboarding specialist.

  • Stay logged in: If you're on a trusted device, your browser may keep you logged in between sessions.
